Really nice kit that’s comes with more than enough material to get started suturing. The quality of the tools isn’t great, but it works more than well enough for a beginner. The pad is also super nice with rubber grips and plenty of lesions to practice with.

Such a great kit! I didn't expect it to be so sturdy and comfortable to place on the table or other surface. It's great that all the instruments that are needed are included in the kit. I was worried that you will be able to see the needle points on the suture pad but once taken off you can't see anything. Well worth the price.

I really like that the synthetic skin is attached to a board. What I don’t like is the needle holder it is difficult to handle and not of good quality. It has bent two needles for me and made suturing difficult. If that was improved then it would be perfect.

Love it! Makes it really easy to practice surgical skills. High quality, you get a lot of thread and I especially love the skin imitation, silicone doesn’t break when running thread through it and the stand makes it more secure on the table. (Army ,Desert Storm Veteran -Combat Medic, Medical Specialist) My first suture wasnt tight but the next ones were great ( just the basic stitch) . I also purchased a book called 'Suture like a surgeon' and I plan on really diving into the different sutures and knots. Yeah well. When decided to order it i had never done something like that i had tl start from zero and really basic stitches and so on. But the product itself is really easy and the learning protsess If you like follow the line is easy for beginners. The practise skin is really good and its not really hard to penetrate the surface, also the equipment is good because its real. little to complain about, the instruments are basic and small for my hands which didn't matter to me because I only needed the suturing pad which is great. I found enough resistance, there was no problem in suturing the same incision multiple times.
I would say the pad is on the thin side and considering the deepness of the cut it is a bit hard to close the incision perfectly without a proper tension on the wire.
18 quality sutures are included, so can't complain!
definitely would buy it again (maybe only the pad itself if it is possible)

The kit looks pretty good, and the supplies seem professional. However one scalpel blade was opened and loose in the box. I guess these are not intended to be sterile for actual use and just practice so it's not a huge deal. My problem was that I looked on Amazon and they had pretty far out delivery dates, so I ordered directly from the company to get it as quickly as possible but the order sat for 2 weeks before it was shipped. I contacted the company and they told me Amazon was handing their orders!
